Horseback Riding for Everyone

This tranquility is found in the South Cariboo: Canada' s True West, where cowboys drive their cattle and display their skills in famous rodeos.

We offer a horse riding holiday program rarely found in Canada or anywhere else in the world creating a true adventure holiday.
On your arrival you are assigned a horse according to your ability and when you are comfortable with your horse you are free to ride and explore the countryside of British Columbia and our Guest Ranch on your own or in small groups according to your preference. Your assigned a horse which will be yours throughout your holiday.

Ranch Holiday Canada

We offer All Day riding, up to 7 hours a day!

We offer all day horseback riding (up to 7 hours a day). Here you are free to explore the Canadian Wilderness on your own or with a guide, just as you desire.

Our horses - Appaloosas, Quarter Horses, Canadian Saddle Horses and Standard Breed, are good tempered and well trained to match the guests’ pace. Catering for the rider's full enjoyment and making this an adventure holiday to remember.

As a working guest ranch, we harvest our own hay, work our cows and calves from May to October, where your horse riding skills can be tested as occasionally they have to be moved to different areas to avoid over grazing and in fall there is the round up.
Our guests are welcome to join us as we work our stock.

Ranch in Canada for the beginner or experienced Horse Rider

For the beginner or those new to Western Riding we offer Lessons

We train our horses according to the rules of natural horsemanship, here you can experience a true and free connection to your horse. During your stay you are welcome to learn more about natural horsemanship and how this makes a difference to horses and your Horseback riding experience. We can also cater for school groups and large groups creating an experience which will build valuable life skills provided through the contact with horses and nature.
